Year 1 Were Positively Angelic This Week

What is your Christmas wish? Year 1 read a gorgeous story about a little mouse who made a Christmas wish.

They decided to write their own gorgeous wishes! Some children wished to spend time with their family and others wished to be an elf so they could make presents for others! In maths, we had some sleigh packing problems to solve as well as buying presents in the elf shop using our money skills. We also wrote instructions on how to make gingerbread men using our time openers. We look forward to decorating and eating our gingerbread men next week! The highlight of our week was Year 1’s ‘angelic’ performance in our “Raggedy King” Nativity. The children made their teachers and parents very proud!
