Nursery Enjoy a Messy Craft Christmas

This week the Christmas crafts have been in plentiful supply!

The children are full of excitement and there has been lots of discussion around Christmas trees, advent calendars and Father Christmas!

It was lovely to begin the week with the children’s families for some arts and crafts and a sing-a-long. There was a buzz of energy around the classroom as the children iced Christmas biscuits, decorated baubles and printed some beautiful Christmas trees. To finish off, the children proudly performed their Christmas songs alongside their Mummies, Daddies and Teachers!

The children have been listening to a selection of Christmas stories, finding out how others celebrate Christmas and looking at all the different decorations that are used around Christmas time, before making their own. There are lots of surprises building up, ready to bring home.
